  6. Clock on top is a Windows 3.x clock that always stays on top.  Very handy for 
  7. time consious people.
  8.  
  9. There is also a alarm built it.  To set the alarm, click the left mouse
  10. button inside the clock window.  A dialog box will appear, and you should enter
  11. the time as HH:MM.  The alarm time is not saved to disk, so each time you start
  12. a new Windows session, you will have to reset the alarm if you wish to use it.

  14. If you are using Win 3.1 place clock-on-top in the startup group if you wish
  15. to have the clock running at all times.  If you are using Win 3.0, edit your
  16. WIN.INI file, on the "Load=" line put clock10.exe(ie "Load=Clock10.exe", and
  17. be sure to put clock10.exe in the windows directory, or else specify the path
  18. before the filename.
